WCRR COVID-19 Guidelines - Planning for your Safety

WCRR Puts Safety First! • Hi West Coast Road Runners! • I’m Coach Dan Guillory and I wanted to let you know what I and my WCRR Coaching Team have been working on to ensure your safety when you come back to run with us. • We have been gathering information daily about the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation. • We have been studying the CDC Recommendations, the State and County Health Orders, and Guidelines for Organizations like ours. • And we have been consulting with other professionals in our industry to determine the best practices for ensuring your safety when we begin meeting together. • I wanted to assure you that I take the health and safety of all our WCRR Members and Coaches very seriously, and I want you to feel comfortable when you choose to run with the group. • We have outlined Guidelines for our team that are designed to promote your continued health and safety. • Please take time to review those guidelines online at www.wcroadrunners.com/covid-19-guidelines • To participate in official West Coast group runs or gatherings, we need each person to read the COVID-19 guidelines and sign a digital waiver that lets us know you understand them and agree to follow the guidelines. • Again, our goal is to create the safest possible environment for all our West Coast members and coaches. • Since the COVID-19 situation is fluid and rapidly evolving, we may need to change our procedures and policies from time to time. • Please know that it is our intention to continually do our best to make it possible for you to enjoy your passion for running or walking with us, while staying safe and healthy. • Thank you for being a part of our West Coast Road Runner family!
