Our Feature Fall Season races are - The Las Vegas Rock n Roll HALF and FULL Marathon, Carlsbad Half and Full Marathon AND Rock N Roll Arizona Half and Full Marathon - BUT, we'll also have training programs for 15 other marathons, including: Rock n Roll San Jose Half, St. George Marathon, Rock n Roll Denver Half and Full, Rock n Roll San Antonio, Long Beach Half and Full Marathon, Rock n Roll LA Half, Berlin Marathon, Portland Marathon, Nike Marathon, Santa Barbara International Half and Full Marathon, New York City Marathon, Honolulu Marathon, California International Marathon, Miami Marathon and many more Fall and Winter marathons! West Coast Road Runners is a Running and Walking Fitness Training Program designed to help you train for all distances; including half marathon and full marathon. We are all about Healthy Lifestyle Changes! All of our 35 program coaches and assistant coaches are devoted to getting you in great shape. We'll get you in great shape in a non-intimidating, educational, enjoyable environment. All members receive day-by-day training schedules, Saturday group run/walks, Coached Track Sessions and educational seminars as we train towards any races you choose; including our 'FEATURE RACES', Rock n Roll Half and Full Marathons. We'll get you race ready to achieve your goals in 2010-11.

New members: Registration for our Fall Training Program is just $80 per season for early entry before 5/31/10, $85 from 6/1/10 - 6/30/10 or $90 after 6/30/10. Return members registration is only $70 before 6/30/10 or $75 after 6/30/10.

Back in January I struggled to complete 3 miles, and yesterday I became a marathoner. Along with my race finish time (4:29), I want to say a HUGE thanks to you and all the WCRR coaches. Running the marathon was an enormous accomplishment for me, and something I'd wanted to do for a long time but never had enough discipline or motivation. WCRR was the motivation and support I needed. Everyone in the group, coaches and members, are so positive and supportive. It doesn't matter if you're a first-timer or a veteran, if you're fast or slow. I was so surprised and grateful for all these "strangers" cheering me on during the training runs, whether they were passing me or I was passing them. WCRR is a phenomenal group and I'll recommend it to anybody. Those last 6 miles were excruciating, but I pushed through it and when I crossed the finish line I felt completely exhausted and unbelievably proud. Thanks WCRR! Pedro
Dan, I blasted my time from last year! Last year I ran a 5:33:33, this year I ran a 4:16:56! Over an hour and 15 min difference!

I'm running for my life. WCRR has given me the incentive.
I am 62 years young and a Great Grandfather. This is my 3rd season with WCRR and I have no intention of leaving. With the help of WCRR I have lost 45 pounds and have beat Diabetes. I have changed my diet and lifestyle during the past two years. WCRR has provided me with a lot of helpful information during this transition. I've made a lot of new friends through WCRR and this is part of what gets me up so early on Saturday mornings.
The coaches are great and really do care about me. If I miss a week at the Saturday morning runs my coach will even E Mail me to see if I'm OK. WCRR gives me the motivation and training I need to get out there and go long and strong. Thanks to all of the coaches at WCRR. You rule! Slow but sure, Bob Worth
I want to take a moment and thank the ENTIRE staff and members of WCRR, you were my strength and motivation when I needed it during the season and yesterday. I shaved an 1 hour, 7 minutes off my first marathon yesterday - and I cried - I have NEVER been a runner, nor athletic for that matter and yesterday I saw a finish line I would never have imagined about a year ago.
During the season I was asked, ‘what are you running from? This question plagued me, and I kept coming to the same answer; my future. When I crossed the line yesterday I cried for so many reasons;
I knew I had broken my time barrier
The fact I was able to sprint the last .4 mile
The realization that I can do ANYTHING
More importantly, I can have it all - a healthy, work, social, and personal life.
Dan, from the bottom of my heart I thank all of you - thank you for believing in me even when I did not.
I will be back next season and I want to shave another 35 minutes, so let the hard work begin. Cheers, Jaks
